Vietnam Wood Production facilities were established in 1996 with only 20 scale workers in production facilities, mainly processing of
Wood Deck Tiles for domestic exporters.
Until 2003 Vietnam Wood Production Facilities transformed into NK Vietnam Import & Export Joint Stock Company with over 50 employees, enlarging manufacturing facilities and extending products of interlocking deck tiles. With the hard working attitude and long time experience, NK Viet Nam JSC has achieved big success. Our products are positioned in the market by the highest quality which under quality control system. Acacia Step Stools:
In Vietnam, according to a copious source, the acacia cost is quite reasonable. Taking this advantage, many companies use acacia to process industrial and civil furniture. Because of its technical specifications such as tough mechanical strength, anti termites, anti wooden aging through natural conditions, less curvature, acacia furniture is always on the top demand.

How to install
Step 1: Setting-up Your Broad Board, Parts & Tools
Clear your broad board.
Deploy all parts so you can see each and all of them.
Group all parts according to your flat pack assembly instructions.
Do the same with all tools.
Make sure you have enough space to assemble the unit.
Step 2: Montage the Framework
Mount the framework together as shown in the montage manual. In case you need to strengthen the assembly itself - prepare some glue. Usually, people do not dismantle Bekvam step stools so you do not have to worry about any of that.
Timing is of crucial importance though.
If you plan to add glue to your flat pack, make sure you go through the whole building process really fast. You would not want it to dry off before you have your step stool put together, do you?
Step 3: Adding the Seat
In order to achieve stability you have leave all screws bolts no more than 80% fitted. Thus when after all parts are fitted into a whole unit , you can screw in those 20% left, which will eliminate any derivation.
Step 4: Tighten the Flat Pack
Step 5: The Final Touch of Any Furniture Assembly Is Testing!
As long as you've followed the assembly instructions properly you will certainly have your Bekvam step stool ready for use in no time! Before you can trust it for being stable enough - give it the step stool test and have somebody else do it. Give it a kick or two and you call it a wrap.
Tips
Cleaning
Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
Maintaining
Do not paint the step stool with ordinary paint due to the risk of slipping. However, you can treat it with BEHANDLA glazing paint to make the surface less slippery and more hardwearing and personal.
For maximum quality, re-tighten the screws when necessary.
